FPA’s expert in design registration protection, Stuart Irvine, presented at the inaugural Design Law Boot Camp held by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) in Arlington, Virginia. The Boot Camp brought together Design experts from across the United States and a small number of invited International speakers. Stuart spoke on the importance of preparing a priority application that gives consideration to the different requirements in key jurisdictions in order to avoid potential pitfalls from the lack of international harmonisation.
