Training
When you join FPA, we provide comprehensive on the job training as part of our induction program combined with ongoing support through a dedicated buddy program. Our Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers all have extensive training across the IP sector and will provide you will the tools and resources to excel, on an ongoing basis. Externally, our team members can access the new IPTA IP Administrator’s course.
